Dental diseases in pregnant women are a common issue caused by hormonal, immunological, and behavioral changes. This article presents a systematic meta-analysis of modern preventive strategies for dental caries, gingivitis, and periodontitis during pregnancy. A total of 27 randomized controlled trials (n = 5,642), published between 2015 and 2024, were reviewed. The results confirm the high effectiveness of comprehensive interventions, including professional oral hygiene, dietary counseling, oral cavity sanitation before and during pregnancy, and the use of fluoride-containing agents and probiotics.
