This article reflects pedagogical observations aimed at developing the strength qualities of student wrestlers. Scientific conclusions are given on cases of loss of victory by an opponent as a result of insufficient development of the strength of wrestlers in competitions, recommendations are given based on the pedagogical observations of scientists involved in health.
