The rapid development of figure skating in Uzbekistan necessitates the improvement of training methodologiesaimed at enhancing technical performance in young athletes. In women’s single skating, competitive success largelydepends on the mastery of multi-rotation jumps, which are among the most complex and decisive technical elements. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of specially designed training complexes for teaching multi-rotationjumps to 10–11-year-old female figure skaters using the “Rotator” vestibular simulator within an integrated trainingsystem. The research employed an analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogicaltesting, a pedagogical experiment, and mathematical and statistical methods of data processing. The study involved 16female figure skaters born in 2014–2015, divided into experimental and control groups of 8 athletes each. After six months of training, the experimental group demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in technicalexecution and physical preparedness compared to the control group. These improvements were associated with thesystematic use of vestibular training on the “Rotator” simulator combined with auxiliary and special preparatory exercisesof increasing coordination complexity. The findings indicate that the proposed training complexes are more effective than traditional methods for developingmulti-rotation jump skills in 10–11-year-old female figure skaters and may be recommended for use at the early stages oflong-term sports training.
