Speech competence is a central concept in modern language education, encompassing not only linguisticability but also a complex system of social, psychological, pragmatic, and cultural factors. In the context of the twenty-firstcentury, characterized by intensified global communication, digital transformation, and international integration, theimportance of speech competence has significantly increased. It has become one of the key competencies determiningstudents’ academic achievement, professional adaptability, and active participation in social interaction. The developmentof speech competence is therefore regarded as a fundamental objective of contemporary education and lifelong learning
