The rapid integration of digital technologies into mathematics education has significantly expanded opportunitiesfor enhancing students’ intellectual potential, particularly in cognitive, emotional, and metacognitive domains. Thisstudy explores a system of software tools that support students’ intellectual development in mathematics learning at thesecondary school level. Using an analytical and descriptive research design, widely applied international platforms suchas GeoGebra, Desmos, Padlet, Kahoot, Mentimeter, and Google Classroom are comparatively analyzed, and their role infostering higher-order thinking skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, motivation, and self-regulation is evaluated. Thefindings demonstrate that a structured combination of dynamic visualization tools, collaborative learning environments,and assessment technologies makes a substantial contribution to students’ intellectual growth. The study also proposesan integrated software system tailored to mathematics instruction in Uzbekistan’s Presidential Schools, grounded ininternational best practices
