В статье рассматриваются гендерные различия в проявлениях академической прокрастинации устудентов высших учебных заведений. На основе эмпирических данных анализируются когнитивные, эмоцио-нальные и поведенческие детерминанты прокрастинационного поведения. Установлено, что у студенток прокра-стинация в большей степени связана с повышенной тревожностью и перфекционистическими установками, тогдакак у студентов мужского пола она обусловлена социальной неуверенностью и импульсивностью. Представленыпрактические рекомендации, направленные на снижение уровня академической прокрастинации посредствомразвития навыков саморегуляции и повышения учебной мотивации
