Annotatsiya

This article examines biomechanical and rehabilitation issues related to knee joint contractures following total knee arthroplasty (total knee joint replacement). It highlights the relevance of postoperative contractures, their prevalence, and their impact on motor function, gait, and patients' quality of life. The study's purpose and objectives, aimed at assessing the effectiveness of the author’s rehabilitation method, are presented. This method incorporates elements such as therapeutic exercise, kinesiotherapy, biomechanical monitoring, and functional testing, designed to restore knee joint movements and improve gait. The article describes the materials and methods of a hypothetical clinical study, where patients with contractures following total knee replacement were divided into control and experimental groups. The main components and evaluation criteria of the developed rehabilitation method - including knee flexion/extension angles, gait parameters, andfunctional tests - are detailed.
