The article presents the results of a study of acid-dependent diseases (ADD) of the digestive system -gastroesophageal reflux disease, chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, reveals the main results of a study of genotyping ofpatients with ADD by the polymorphism C3435T of the MDR-l gene and CYP2C19:681G>A *2, polymorphism of the CYP2C19 gene and their relationship with the genotypes of the virulent Ice A gene of H.pylori infection, the frequency of their occurrence, the relationship and the influence of the genotypes of these genes of the pharmacokinetics of drugs of the patient and the infection on the effectiveness of eradication therapy in patients with ADD. The results of this study are of great importance in the selection ofpersonal dosage regimens for drugs, pharmacotherapy of CZD, which are based on genotyping of patients and H.pylori bacteria.
