From the studied world literature, it can be concluded that in patients with a low T3/T4 ratio during treatment, the probability of remission exceeded 80%. A decrease in the level of autoantibodies to the TH receptor against the background of thyrostatic therapy was considered a sign of a good response to therapy. Normalization of antibody levels is a predictor of DTG remission and is even considered by some authors as an indicator of discontinuation of thyrostatic therapy. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the initial level of autoantibodies to the TH receptor before the start of therapy, i.e., this indicator is not excludedfrom the fact that it is currently used to determine the choice of treatment method.
