In this article, training technology is revealed as an active method of developing the communication and speech skills of schoolchildren. The effectiveness of non-traditional forms of education and development is well known. It is an impromptu activity that has a non-standard structure, learns the methods of various forms of education, and develops students' interest in the studied subject.
