This article focuses on the concept of juvenile delinquency and the legal aspects related to it. The psychological changes of adolescence and the impact of this aspect on the tendency to crime are analyzed by the author. In this process, that is, some aspects of foreign experiences in the prevention of juvenile delinquency were analyzed, and theoretical aspects of their implementation in the conditions of Uzbekistan and mainly based on the national mentality were recommended.
