The study was conducted at the National Center for Rehabilitation and Prosthetics for Persons with Disabilities from 2022 to 2024. As part of the study, the medical records of 3,991 patients who underwent surgery with a diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation were retrospectively analyzed, and the analysis and evaluation of the composition of the rehabilitation measures used, their start dates, and their effectiveness were studied, which has important scientific and practical significance in medical practice.
