The role of innovative and artificial intelligence technologies in the development of foreign language skills among learners with hearing impairments

Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the pedagogical significance of developing foreign language skills in students with hearing impairments and the use of innovative and artificial intelligence technologies in this process. The role of modern pedagogical approaches in adapting students of this category to the educational process, developing their communicative competencies, and increasing their motivation to learn a language in an inclusive education environment is highlighted. The effectiveness of visual methods and artificial intelligence-based technologies in teaching foreign languages to students with hearing impairments is also analyzed based on the experiences of Brazil, the USA, European countries, and Poland. The article reveals the advantages of subtitled and audiovisual education using the example of the InnoDAT project. The results of the study show that innovative technologies can facilitate the language learning process of students with hearing impairments, support individual learning, and create an effective communicative environment. This article is of practical importance for teachers, parents, and specialists working in the field of special pedagogy.
