A chronic progressive brain disease characterized by degeneration of dopaminergic neurons of the substantia nigra is Parkinson's disease. In addition to classical motor disorders, Parkinson's disease is characterized by a wide range of non-motor (non-motor) manifestations, which include vegetative, sensory, mental, affective disorders, sleep and wakefulness disorders, as well as pain that often bothers patients in this pathology. The most common non-motor symptoms of the disease, such as pain syndromes, cause severe discomfort and a significant decrease in the quality of life of patients, but they are poorly understood, although they are an important symptom of Parkinson's disease.
