This article discusses the phonetic and phonological views of M.Qoshgari in his work «Devonilugatit turk» and its application in today’s southwestern Namangan dialects, as well as the distribution offree interchange of sounds that do not have commonality in terms of acoustic and articulation in NamanganKipchak dialects.
