This article illustrates the importance of corpus platforms in the fields of linguistic theory and applied linguistics through examples. It is known that the development of the concept of a corpus in linguistics has led to the emergence of new terms, and in computational linguistics, to new functional linguistic tools. The article provides information about the most popular language platforms today in foreign languages and the linguistic achievements studied based on them.
