The article is dedicated to the linguistic analysis of proverbs and idioms, i.e., paremiological units, used in the English business discourse. It extensively explores the semantic, pragmatic, and axiological aspects of these units and analyzes their application in business communication. The role of idioms and proverbs in enhancing communication efficiency in business discourse, as well as their cultural uniqueness, is highlighted. Additionally, the usage of these units as communicative tools in global business is examined.
