In this article, labor relations, norms of foreign practice of establishing labor relations are considered. Practical measures to strengthen legislation are analyzed. Various views of specialists are expressed on the concept of an employment contract among legal scholars. For example, the general conditions for concluding an employment contract were analyzed from a legal point of view. The subject of concluding an agreement between an employer and a recruiter is considered separately. The issue of age compliance was studied separately, as well as possible recommendations were given and relevant recommendations for the work of personnel departments were considered. Especially, the age threshold for different categories of employees is marked.
