One of the urgent problems of our time is cardiovascular diseases, including chronic heart failure (CHF). CHF is not only accompanied by high mortality, but also leads to a significant deterioration in the quality of life of patients. Recently, this category has become increasingly widely used in medicine. If in the studies of the previous century the use of medical aspects of quality of life as a criterion for the effectiveness of intervention was rare, then in recent years it has become more widespread. The reason for this is the gradual recognition, both by medical scientists and practitioners, of the quality of life as one of the main clinical outcomes along with mortality [8]. Moreover, according to some authors, in patients with severe terminal circulatory disorders, the value of quality of life begins to prevail over its duration [6].
