In this article, the author identifies the crime of concluding transactions contrary to the interests of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a crime in the field of public procurement. According to the author, it is in the interests of the republic to conclude a contract that does not bring benefits, including the import, installation and introduction of previously used, physically used, obsolete or obsolete equipment or technologies on the territory of the Republic. Uzbekistan. Ensuring the inevitability of criminal liability for the issuance of an expert opinion or other document by an official of an authorized state body or other organization, as noted above, which led to the conclusion of such an agreement, is important in the development and modernization of the national economy. It is noted that the above-mentioned problems in the field of public procurement indicate the relevance of the investigation of responsibility for crimes, in particular, for transactions contrary to the interests of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
