The article deals with some issues of responsibility of officials as a special subject for crimes in the field of public procurement in accordance with the criminal legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article also analyzes some aspects of the specifics of the responsibility of officials for corruption crimes in the field of public procurement in the legislation of foreign countries. In addition, scientific and theoretical views on the introduction of the issue of liability of legal entities for crimes in the field of public procurement were discussed, and the opinion was expressed that the inclusion of such liability is undesirable.
