The retrospective analysis of 3371 case records of the patients treated in clinik of surgical stomatology TMA was carried out. It was found,that the number of patients with a trauma of mahillofacial area increases from year to year. Term of treatment of patients was sharply reduced since 18 days in 1980 to 2,0 days in 2008. It is recommended reliable immobilization repositioned fragments of fase bones.
