Анализируя работу центрального аппарата АСУ, следует отметить, что на Y съезде стоматологов Узбекистана был избран президиум из 12 человек, президент и 2 вице-президента АСУ. Текущую деятельность АСУ осуществлял исполком, состоящий из 5 человек: президент, исполнительный директор, главный бухгалтер, ответственный за научно-практическую работу врачей и ответственный за работу с иностранными фирмами от президиума АСУ.
