Kliniko-anatomic and functional results surgical treatments of 143 children from a congenital crevice of a lip and the palate are studied. It is established, that in Republics Yemen surgical treatment is carried out on negotiability basically by children's surgeons and communications with it are revealed anatomo-functional infringements of demanding repeated operations. For improvement of results of treatment it is proved necessity of the organisation of the specialised centre.
