99 postmenopauzal femoliz with chronical generalized parodontitis 50 to 76 years were diwided into 2 groups. The studu included clinical examination, X-ray ultrasound densitometry, measurement of different indexes and parameters of oral cavity, teeth and bones.The courts of chronic generalized parodontitis has peculiarites in postmenopausal femalis with secondary osteoporosis. The severe clinical course with teeth loss was observed in patients of the 2 group. Bont density disorders and changens of osteoporosis indexes did not significantly differ in grops 1 and 2, and more teeth ljss lthtnded on the severity of inflammation in the parodont.
