On the basis of the analysis of clinical results of treatment generalized parodontitis at patients with rheumatoid arthritis draws a conclusion that complex enzimo - and anticoagulant therapy renders nominally expressed therapeutic effect, which consists in reduction of prevalence and intensity of inflammatory process in parodontium, reduction depth and numbers parodontal pockets, knocking over of clinical semiotics and reduction of terms of treatment.
