The article describes the experience of using the drug Geksoral and MIL-therapy in the treatment of acute herpetic stomatitis in children aged 3-6years. It is shown that the use of MIL-therapy has a positive impact on the clinical course of disease, that minimizes the time of treatment, reduces the need for intensity, dose and time of use of etiopathogenetic agents.
