Annotatsiya

Based on the calculated distribution coefficient of NV and MMV and oligopeptides between blood plasma and erythrocytes, it was found that, in contrast to the control group in children, the patients with HS OP and NV and MMV are mainly in blood plasma. In the process of early convalescence and reconvalescence, the distribution of OP and NY and MMV between plasma and erythrocytes is restored to normal with HS of mild course and moderate course and persists with HS of severe course, which is confirmed by the persistence of high values of the distribution coefficient in this period. Regular presence in the bloodstream the excess of toxic products of metabolism leads to the depletion of the reserve capabilities of adaptation and detoxification systems, and can serve as a trigger mechanism for the development of relapses reptic stomatitis.
