The greatest difficulties arise in the treatment of patients with dementia in patients with diabetes mellitus, especially in adverse conditions of the oral cavity, in particular the bone bed. Treatment of patients with partial adentia. atrophy and deformity of the alveolar process with the help of'traditional"removable or nonremovable bridges can not successfully solve the problem of ensuring the full functioning of the chewing system. This study allows to assume a positive effect of the well-founded use of chlorhexidine loroben, metrogil and sispress 500 on wound regeneration in patients with diabetes mellitus with dental implantation with bone tissue building, on the basis of microbiological studies with subseguent reduction of orthopedic treatment time and improve the rehabilitation of diabetic patients.
