Annotatsiya

The most frequent component of the combined injury was traumatic brain injury that took place in 1247 cases (95,6%), followed in frequency of occurrence was the injury of the extremities, diagnosed in 328 (25.1 per cent) of victims, in third place on the frequency of occurrence was trauma to the chest, diagnosed in 299 (22.9%) with the victims. Damage of the stomach was diagnosed in 245 (18,8%) cases, 80 (6,1%) of victims were with fractures of the pelvis. The most frequently isolated species were fractures of the lower jaw - at 25.1%. Of greatest clinical interest multiple bone fractures of maxillofacial region occurred at 43.8%
