In today's a day exists great number of methodologies of surgical treatment of children with cleft palate. But, in spite of it, child's m axil I ufacia I surgeons not always are satisfied with the results of treatment At surgical treatment ofcleft palate surgeons must not only close a defect on all his extent but it is here necessary to extend palate so that it provided the complete disconnect of guttur from an epipharynx and provided the cleanness of speech. Worked out by us method of palatoplasty conducted by the transversal section of soft palate with his lengthening and longitudinal taking in of wound it is necessary to estimate perspective.
