Коррекция фармакотерапии аденоидов в комплексной реабилитации детей с вторичным деформирующим остеоартрозом височно-нижнечелюстного сустава

Annotatsiya

У детей с вторичным деформирующим остеоартрозом и анкилозом височно-нижнечелюстного сустава выявлены значительные нарушения во всех звеньях гемостаза, увеличение содержания гемолитических форм золотистых стафилококков, пиогенных стрептококков, грибов рода Кандида, лактозонегативных бактерий на фоне снижения количества лактозопозитивных форм. Предложена коррекция базисной фармакотерапии назначением антикоагулянтов, антиагрегантов, пробиотиков, антибиотиков и фунгицидов.
