We examined 118 patients with various forms of chronic purulent rhinosinusitis for the study of the properties of ozone in these patients. Patients were divided into 2 groups. Main group was scheduled ozone therapy with conventional treatment and control group - only standard treatment. We proposed a set of treatment with antianaerobic antibiotics with prolong sinus drainage and ozone therapy which helps to reduce treatment time by an average of 5.3 days and recommended for implementation in a broad clinical practice.
