Optimization of methods for the treatment of nosebleeds in hematological patients

Annotatsiya

In the pathogenesis of the recurrent epistaxis in the hematological patients the disorders in the hemostasis system in the form of thrombohemorrhagic syndrome participate in the majority of cases. This requires the obligatory investigations of the vascular-thrombocytary system, coagulational hemostasis, physiological anticoagulants and fibrinolytic activity. The use of elastic tamponade with preparation Tahokomb would be recommended for prophylactic of the epistaxis recurrences.
