The article gives a comparative evaluation of the results of the sociological study of satisfaction with somatic patients the treatment of periodontal disease, obtained on the basis of the survey, conducted before and after the introduction of a health care setting new organizational and functional model of the treatment of periodontal disease. An increase in patient satisfaction, which is one of the arguments in favor of the feasibility of the use of new systems of organization and control of the quality of care in dentistry.
