In recent years the problem of diabetes mellitus (DM) due to the prevalence in the global population and the severity of its complications is especially important. In DM there are various organs and systems; the most common complication of diabetes are vascular lesions. In diabetic patients there is an increased risk of dental caries and periodontitis. which often leads to complications, leading to loss of teeth. In this regard, the urgent issue is the restoration of the integrity of the dentition after the integral assessment of the functional and clinical condition of the oral cavity.
