Arisen during pregnancy microcirculatory disorders periodontal tissues are aggravated with the development of periodontitis. Indicators microcirculation determined by laser Doppler flowmetry, in pregnant women, on average, 1.5 to 2.2-fold reduced compared to non-pregnant with intact periodontium. After treatment there was an improvement of microcirculation periodontal. The most effective method of treatment has been integrated with the use of phototherapy and ointments aktovegina. Phototherapy and aktovegin affect many pathogenetic mechanisms of development of microcirculatory disorders in periodontitis, are harmless for use during pregnancy, well tolerated and there are no side effects.
