Оценка уровня свободнорадикального окисления и эффективности антиоксидантных систем слюны и крови больных с хроническим заболеванием гепатобилиарной системы. Материал и методы: обследованы 27 больных хроническим холециститом в возрасте от 45 до 65 лет (1-я гр ). Контрольной группой служили 22 студента. Результаты: снижение активности антиоксидантных ферментов указывает на истощение данной системы у больных с заболеванием ГБС. Кроме того, истощение уровня антиоксидантов также может быть косвенным показателем активации воспалительного процесса, так как пусковым механизмом усиление генерации АФК и продуктов ПОЛ являются первичные медиаторы окислительного стресса. Чередование процессов взаимного усиления и тушения (воспаление и активизация СРО. а также ингибирования антиоксидантов) создает условия для бессимптомного протекания ЖКБ в течение 15-20 лет. Выводы: необходимо проводить строгий анализ клинико-биохимических показателей. не оставляя без внимания определение интенсивности ПОЛ. а также уровень антиоксидантов, учитывая основные механизмы их активации, выяснять причины подобного состояния баланса про- и антиоксидантных систем.
