Buxoro amirligi sovet rejimi o‘rnatilguniga qadar o‘rta asrchilik an’analariga tayangan holda boshqariladigan davlat bo‘lib, dunyoning ilg‘or davlatlariga qaraganda ancha qoloq edi. Bu davrda janubiy sharqiy Buxorodagi siyosiy-ijtimoiy vaziyat xaqida gap boradi. Shunday bir vaziyatda amirga qarshi kuchlar xam paydo bo‘ladi va vu vaziyatdan sovet xukumatining o‘z rejalarini amalga oshirish uchun olib borgan siyosatini ko‘rishimiz mumkin.
