A museum is a complex, multi-layered system that addresses a number of socially significant issues. Museums play a vital role in preserving and transmitting the nation's history to future generations. At the same time, museums serve as a means of organizing leisure activities, fulfilling educational, entertaining, and artistic functions. In the face of competition from cultural organizations and the entertainment industry, innovative changes in museum operations are primarily aimed at museum attracting people to museums. The digitalization of activities, the active implementation of virtual tours, and interactive exhibitions serve this goal.
