This article examines the measures taken to further develop tourism in such cities of Uzbekistan as Bukhara, Samarkand, Shakhrisabz and Khiva, which are rich in historical and architectural monuments and ancient cultural relics, as well as the importance of the history of Uzbekistan in this process. The author draws attention to the fact that amazing products, material wealth and historical monuments created by skilled ancestors-masters over thousands of years attract tourists from all over the world, and there are sufficient opportunities for the further development of tourism in our country.
