This study investigated the antiradical activity (ARF%) of Plantágo (Plantago major) leaf extract at different concentrations (0.25, 0.5, 0.75, and 1.0 mg/ml) and time intervals (0–30 min). The results showed that the extract exhibited strong antioxidant activity in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. At the initial stage (0 min), the average ARF% was 66.4%, while at 15–30 min the values stabilized in the range of 73-77%. The highest antioxidant activity was observed at 0.75 mg/ml (85.0%). The overall average ARF% was 73.67%. These findings demonstrate the ability of Plantágo extract to effectively neutralize free radicals and confirm its potential as a natural antioxidant for use in pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals.
