The antiradical activity of spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.) leaf alcoholic extract was evaluated using the DPPH method. Based on absorbance at 517 nm, the IC₅₀ value was determined. High activity indicates the presence of phenolic and flavonoid compounds, making the extract a promising natural antioxidant for pharmaceutical use.
