The aim of this study is to evaluate the antiradical properties of harvested barley (Hordeum) grain using the DPPH method, compare the antioxidant activity of extracts obtained using different solvents, and evaluate the prospects of a local barley variety as a functional medicinal food product by determining its bioactive potential.
