Modern medicine carries out a lot of practical work on the treatment and prevention of vitiligo. The article provides brief information on the determination of some vitamins in the plant St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) using high-performance liquid chromatography and their importance in medicine, especially in the treatment of skin diseases.
