This article presents the results of a study on the amino acid composition and biological activity of the Fritillaria severzowii plant extract. The total content of proteins and amino acids in various parts of the plant was determined during the research. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of cysteine and methionine as key components with antioxidant properties. Additionally, it was shown that the alcoholic extract of the plant exhibits hepatoprotective activity and has low toxicity.
