The article presents the results of determining the content of macro- and microelements in the composition of lubricants "C1" and "C2" intended for the treatment of skin diseases vitiligo based on fish offal, using the method of optical emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma. The results showed that 61 elements were found in the composition of "C1", and 60 in the composition of "C2". It was found that the macroelements in the sample contained calcium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, as well as strontium, silicon, cesium, iron and zinc in greater quantities than other microelements.
