This article examines the antioxidant activity of various citrus peel mixtures commonly found on store shelves. The results showed that the antioxidant activity of the compositions prepared in a 1:3 ratio based on local lemon and Iranian lime peels was higher than that of the mixtures of the same peels in other ratios. These composite mixtures were recommended for use as a new therapeutic antioxidant food supplement against oxidative stress causing various diseases in the body and were given the corresponding names and "Asfalaym".
