Propargyl ester of monoiodoacetic acid was synthesized by esterification of monoiodoacetic acid with propargyl alcohol. The resulting monoiodoacetic ester was used for alkylation of isomeric nitrophenols. The 1,3-bipolar cycloaddition reaction of the synthesized isomeric nitrophenoxypropargyl esters with ortho-bromophenyl azide was carried out in the presence of a catalyst. Copper(I) halides were used as catalysts. As a result, 1,4-isomers of 1,2,3-triazole derivatives were synthesized. The structure of the obtained substances was confirmed by IR and NMR spectroscopy.
