This article reviews the use of the HPLC method for m-cresol detection includes the selection of optimal solvents and conditions, such as using a C18 column and solutions with a pH of 2-3, ensuring high-quality separation of substances. Experimental results showed that the best eluent is a 0.1% solution of H3PO4 with acetonitrile.
